My Journey – From Multinationals to Leadership Coaching
For more than 25 years, I worked inside prestigious multinational companies such as Hilton, Total, SunPower, Goldman Sachs, and Expedia Group. As a Senior Executive Assistant, I supported leaders at the highest levels, from Directors to CEOs, and witnessed firsthand their strengths, doubts, and daily leadership struggles.
Behind the numbers and strategies, I discovered something essential: leaders are humans first, often searching for balance, meaning, and recognition. I saw talented managers burn out under pressure, while others managed to build resilient, human-centered leadership that inspired their teams and delivered results.
These lessons shaped me deeply and inspired me to turn my expertise into executive coaching, a personalized support for managers and executives who want to develop a more authentic, confident, and unifying leadership style.

Why I Chose Leadership Coaching
After a rich corporate career, I decided to take a step further.
- I earned a Level 6 RNCP Certification in Professional Coaching, specializing in behavioral agility.
- With this expertise, I chose to support managers and executives who want to align their leadership with their values and lead with both impact and integrity.
- I built a tailor-made coaching approach that combines care with high standards. My clients often describe it as both supportive and challenging, a unique balance that fosters growth.
Unlike consulting, which gives advice, or training, which delivers knowledge, my role is different:
