My career has flourished within prestigious multinational companies such as HILTON, TOTAL, SunPower, Goldman Sachs, and Expedia Group, where I cultivated a deeply human-centered vision of service for more than 20 years.

As a Senior Executive Assistant, I had the privilege of supporting visionary leaders, from Director to CEO, whose intelligence, values, and authenticity deeply inspired me. I was that discrete yet attentive witness to their daily challenges, their victories as well as their questions.

This unique proximity offered me an intimate understanding of modern leadership challenges. I observed how these exceptional women and men managed to combine performance with humanity, strategic vision with attention to the individual.

Today, I have chosen to transform this wealth of experience into a vocation: supporting these same leaders in their personal and professional development. This decision led me to obtain a RNCP level 6 certification in professional coaching, specializing in behavioral agility.

My approach is distinguished by a subtle alliance between kindness and high standards. My coaching is often described as both “nurturing and challenging”, everything unfolds smoothly and gently, but without ever losing sight of your most ambitious goals.

Unlike consulting which advises or training which imparts knowledge, my guidance leads you toward valuable autonomy that will, paradoxically, allow you to do without me as quickly as possible. Each session is meticulously designed to bring you closer to your inner resources and solutions that are uniquely yours.
